We do not accept return of our packaged teas, so please choose carefully.

We do our best to package your items so that they arrive undamaged. In the unlikely event that a breakable teaware (such as a teapot) arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

Shipping

We ship Australia-Wide only with Australian Post. You can choose to have your items shipped via regular or express post, however, if you are not in an 'express zone' (please see the Australia Post website), please note it may take a little longer for your items to arrive.
